1. Booking & Payment

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.

• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 2 days before the shoot date.

• Bookings are confirmed only after proof of payment has been received and acknowledged.

• Late payments may result in rescheduling or cancellation of your project.
  
  

2. Quotations & Custom Pricing

• All quotes are customized based on shoot type, location, duration, equipment needs, and post-production requirements.

• Clients must provide full details of the project (date, location, event type, expectations) to ensure an accurate quote.

• Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date issued.
  
  
  

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the shoot: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the shoot: the deposit will be forfeited.

• If Creative Sniper Media cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
  
  
  

4. Travel & Location Fees

• Shoots beyond a 30km radius of Alexandra/Johannesburg may incur additional travel costs.

• Clients are responsible for any required permits, location fees, or entry costs.
  
  
  

5. Revisions & Edits

• Photography includes 1 round of basic edits (lighting, colour correction, cropping).

• Videography includes 1 round of revisions for highlight/promo reels.

• Extra revisions will be billed at R200 per change.
  
  
  

6. Copyright & Usage

• Creative Sniper Media retains copyright and usage rights for all content produced.

• Clients receive a personal or commercial usage license based on their package.

• Content may not be resold, edited, or repurposed without prior written consent.
  
  
  

7. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate details of the event/project (time, location, expectations).

• Punctuality is essential late starts may reduce shooting time without refunds.
  
  
  

8. Force Majeure

• We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by factors beyond our control (weather, illness, protests, equipment failure, etc.).

• In such cases, alternative arrangements or refunds will be offered.
  
  
  

9. Data Storage

• Media files are stored for 30 days after delivery.

• Clients are encouraged to back up their files immediately.

• Retrieval requests after 30 days may incur a R500 archive fee, if files are still available.
